and Conditions
We do not yet offer online ordering, but we hope you will find our procedures easy and straightforward. We accept sterling cheques, drawn on a bank in the UK, and most major credit or debit cards. You may either ring us or send your card details by post on the order form.
Full payment must be received before we send out your kimono. Postage and packing charges are extra. All orders are subject to availability.
Delivery
Orders will be shipped as promptly as possible, but please allow up to a maximum of 28 days for delivery in the UK. If you want to see what is immediately available, or to discuss international deliveries and alternatives to our normal service, please call us. All orders are subject to availability.
If you are ordering for overseas delivery, we advise you to consult the customs authorities in the country of delivery to establish the relevant import duties. Kaya Kimono is not liable for import duties outside the UK.
Refunds
Refund or exchange is guaranteed if you are not completely satisfied with your kimono, and provided it is returned in its original packing and in saleable condition. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase and within 14 days of receipt of order. See order form for the address for returns.
We will not pay postage for returns unless the kimono has been sent out in error or has a fault beyond the normal variation in a silk garment - please refer to care details.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and operate strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any personal details you are asked for on this site are used solely to fulfil your order, although we may contact you to advise you of any of our own special offers or new products we think you may be interested in. Please let us know if you want to be removed from our database.
We do not keep your credit or debit card details once a transaction is complete.
Depiction of Goods
We take pride and care in reproducing images and colours of kimono as accurately as possible on the website and in sales literature. However, do please be aware that variations in computer monitor settings, which are completely out of our control, may alter the appearance of the garments considerably, in particular the colours. If you are concerned about the accuracy of the colour, please contact us.
